A first Baptism for President Jordan

Marian is a wonderful young man who our Visitor Center sisters (Sisters Spencer, Tabor and Galang) taught.
President Jordan was so honored to be asked to perform the baptism.
Thank you for letting us be a part of this sweet day.

Elder Barber

When we arrived in the mission we met two wonderful Assistants to the President, Elder Cena and Elder Barber.  Elder Cena left on the last transfer and I managed to miss getting a photograph of him. ( I was still too new to all of this!)  This transfer we lose Elder Barber.  He has been serving with Elder Thompson.  We are so thankful for Elder Barber, he has taught us so much about missionary work and has been a great example of a strong, loving leader.
Words cannot express our love and gratitude.

Elder Barber and Elder Thompson

Elder Barber (looking a little too excited to leave us), Elder Thompson and Elder Baker who will be joining us.

Sisters P-Day

Our Sister Missionaries are amazing.  They work so hard and with the exception of the Visitor's Center missionaries, they don't often get the opportunity to spend time together.  Many of them didn't even know each other, so on a cloudy day in September we gathered together for soup and salad and visiting.  We even squeezed in a walk in Hyde Park.
We are so blessed to know these fine young women!

In front of the Albert Memorial.

Kensington Palace (where are Will and Kate???)

The Princess Diana Memorial Walk (Do you recognize any shoes?)

At the Peter Pan Statue- they are strong and brave, like Peter.
Thank you Sisters for such a fun day!
